In 2024, VCI proudly delivered full-service audiovisual, lighting, and production support for West Coast University’s Summer and Fall Commencement ceremonies. Historically, the university partnered with a different vendor for these events; however, they turned to VCI seeking enhanced production quality and a seamless event experience. Our team successfully managed two ceremonies for each commencement season, earning enthusiastic praise and positive feedback from university leadership and attendees alike. Building on this success, VCI is confirmed to return in 2025 as West Coast University’s trusted audiovisual and production partner.
